 Horses For Sale

All of the following are in a regular, consistent training program so we can vouch for their ride-ability and soundness.   There are always horses not on the web site, so it’s best to call us and let us know what you are looking for.  Call Dick at 301-318-6713 for more information or to set up an appointment to come see them!  A good match is way more important to us than getting the sale.  Zero pressure and honestly represented, maybe one of them is right for you?

Right Back At Ya $18,000               VIDEO

2013 15.2+ bay Hanoverian/Thoroughbred mare.

(Rotwing x Anything But Ordinary, Bates Motel)

“Chacha” is an old soul for a young horse.   She is the quietest youngster and has been used for lessons for greener riders.  She’s competed Beginner Novice with a inexperienced rider safely.  She’s point and shoot over fences, even with bad lines, spots and distances.  She goes in a snaffle even out cross country.  Very ratable yet will move up if you ask.  She will grow and come close if not make 16 hands.  Her full sisters have been late bloomers (both in the barn and her 2011 sister is 16+, and was 15.1 at 4 years old).  Her sire is known for stamping great temperaments and superb jumping form.  Her dam competed at Bromont in the NAJYRC.  She is healthy, sound and has no mareishness or vices.  She’s also an easy keeper (as you can tell!).  Perfect horse for a junior or adult amateur.  There is just no silliness in this horse!

Brand New Moves $7,500.

2008 16.1 liver chestnut Thoroughbred gelding.

(Domestic Dispute x Oh, Afternoon Deelites)

Movie is sensible for a amateur or junior rider looking to Event, Foxhound or show jumpers. He has schooled ditches, banks and water with no hesitation and is ready to compete. He is smart and deliberate at fences and is wonderful on the flat. He also has fox hunted quite a bit and is lovely out in the field. Rides in a snaffle. Sound and healthy with full set of 2 year old X-rays available..

Kings Oratory $4,500

2012 15.3 1/2 bay Thoroughbred gelding.

King is not Jockey Club Registered and never raced.  We raised him from a yearling and he’s been under saddle for almost 2 years.  He’s competed at several elementary events this spring and is not afraid of water, ditches and banks.  He is quiet and sensible both on the ground and under saddle.  He has an expressive jump, but is very ratable.  He is an easy keeper so can live out.  Loves trail rides, grooming and being a pet too.
